After everyone, whoever, of his/her free will, accedes to the Haihua Global
Physiatrics Hospital Group in Chain, China, submits an application, the Head
Office here will examine and then approve it according to the Terms to Join the
Group . 1.The Party to Join the Group shall obey the laws and policies locally
in the country, manage to do better and better for the local customers. And the
Party to Join the Group is in charge of going through all the formalities of the
Physiatrics Hospital locally and being liable for civil actions.
2.The Party to Join the Group shall have a place for the Hospital, and be
capable to go through all the formalities for the operations of the Physiatrics
Hospital.
3.After the Head Office consents, the Party to Join the Group only once pays the
Head Office for the equipment and technical services, 6000 USD a set. The Head
Office supplies the pattern to establish the Physiatrics Hospital, all the tech
niques and a full set of equipment of a Physiatrics Hospital for the Party to Jo
in the Group to use in operation.
4.The Head Office is periodically to provide the Party to Join the Group some
propaganda materials, release Express News on our Global Physiatrics Hospital in
Chain (including the information of experience in management, treatment and
other s).
5.The Head Office is constantly developing and pushing out new products and new
physiatric means for the Party to Join the Group.
6.After the Party to Join the Group goes through all the formalities, the Head
Office is in charge of management and technical training.
